The Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris 1 University) is a descendant of both the Sorbonne and the Pantheon Faculty of law and economics. Nearly 40,000 students are enrolled in its fourteen teaching and research departments and four institutes, which together offer a full range of courses at the highest level from law and political science to economics, management, humanities and social sciences.
Established in the heart of the city’s Latin Quarter, Paris 1 University is part of the great French university tradition and is a leading research centre. At the same time, it is the centre of a wide-reaching international academic network spanning all five continents and playing a major role in the training of researchers, teachers, judges, lawyers, and senior business and public sector managers.
The Paris 1 University hosts a world renowned sports law faculty which has a range of programs specialising in sports law, most relevantly a Masters in Sport Integrity, a program endorsed and spearheaded by the ICSS-Sorbonne Sport Integrity Program.
