Summer school of Quantitative Economics Master: Placement Meeting and Continuation to a PhD
The QEM Erasmus Mundus is organizing a "Summer School" to provide an opportunity for QEM students to discover the many facets of all the four University PhD programs in Economics and Quantitative Methods. It will also constitute a major occasion for all the first year QEM students to meet.
The Summer school is mostly directed to who are interested in doing research in the areas of economics and quantitative methods and consider potential enrollment in a PhD program. In particular, the School will address the question of how to do research in Economics and Quantitative Methods and why this is an exciting area both in the theoretical and empirical arena. The School will bring together speakers at the frontier of research in such domains that belongs to the PhD programs in Economics and Quantitative Methods of the four universities partners of the QEM Consortium.
