Starting from 2021/2022, all students will spend the first semester of the program at Università Ca' Foscari di Venezia (Italy), and the second semester, third and fourth semesters at one or more of the Consortium Partner universities: Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona (Spain), Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France), Università Ca' Foscari di Venezia (Italy), Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium) and Warsaw School of Economics (Poland). The Second Year (The third and fourth semesters) must be spent at one of the Consortium Partner universities and it is devoted to the chosen specialization.
The mobility track is fixed for each student during the Admission Process. In the application phase, the student should express their preferences about mobility. The Joint Graduate Committee chooses the proposed mobility track taking into account factors such as the student's preference, the wishes of the partners, and the equal distribution of students within the Consortium for the second year.
If a student is accepted, the committee proposes a specific mobility track. The student will be notified about his acceptance with that mobility track. The possible confirmation of intention to participate in the Master QEM program means acceptation of the proposed mobility track.
Mobility changes after confirmation of acceptance by the student are not possible for the Erasmus Mundus Scholars and are exceptional for the others.
The deadline for submitting requests of all mobility changes for the two years is September 15th of the first year. Only the students without the Erasmus Mundus scholarships are concerned by this deadline. These requests must be sent to qemapp@univ-paris1.fr
